Welcome to Saturn Dev OÜ ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website teak.so, services, and products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any policies referenced herein.

2. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new Effective Date. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe any intellectual property rights.
Transmit harmful or malicious code.
Interfere with the operation of the Services.

4.5 Subscription Plans and Billing

Trial Period:

New accounts receive 25 conversations OR 14 days of service (whichever comes first)
During trial, all features are available
After trial expires, AI booking functionality is disabled until you upgrade

Paid Subscription:

€49/month (or current pricing as displayed on our website)
Billed monthly via Stripe
Automatic renewal unless canceled
Cancel anytime from your account settings

Refund Policy:

No refunds for partial months of service
You can cancel anytime and use the service until the end of your billing period
Trial period is free - no charges if you cancel before trial ends

Usage Limits:

Trial: 25 customer conversations
Paid: Unlimited conversations (fair use policy applies)
We reserve the right to limit usage if abuse is detected

4.6 Third-Party Integrations

Google Calendar:

You may connect your Google Calendar to enable automated booking
You authorize Teak to access your calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy
You can disconnect Google Calendar anytime from your settings
Teak is not responsible for issues caused by Google Calendar service outages

Instagram/Social Media:

You connect your Instagram account to receive customer messages
You authorize Teak to respond to messages on your behalf using AI
You remain responsible for the content of AI responses
You can disconnect Instagram anytime from your settings

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Services are owned by Saturn Dev OÜ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saturn Dev OÜ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia without regard to conflict of laws principles.
